Did you know?
When you cut out processed foods you reduce trans fatty acids, cholesterol and additives. Also, salt intake is almost eliminated.
How do we do it?
Easy, cook just as our grandparents would have done! Using fresh produce that is in season.
Grandma's Shortbread Treats

50g cornflour
50g caster sugar
100g butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and grease baking tray.
2. Combine, plain flour, cornflour and sugar in a large bowl. Use your fingertips to rub in the butter until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
